IRCO Update Meeting
The Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization (IRCO) serves tens of thousands of clients annually, with over 50 IRCO access sites across the state. As one of the critical organizations serving immigrants and refugees in our community, SVP partnered with them between 2016 and 2018 to help expand their services for young children and families and start offering preschool education that respects and honors the languages, traditions, and cultures of IRCO communities.
Join us for an update on the progress IRCO has made and hear about plans for new preschool classrooms in Multnomah County, including some being co-located with affordable housing projects. This event will be especially useful for Partners who want to understand how progress is made in an SVP investment and for those looking to invest/contribute to proven and promising models that reach underserved children and families in our community.
