The Ready To Grow Cohort is a comprehensive five-month program and collaborative learning experience where early childhood professionals serving Multnomah and Washington counties come together to gain the knowledge, skills, and connections necessary for building thriving businesses and expanding your impact.

Through weekly expert-led sessions, you'll deepen the essentials of business planning, financial management, marketing, and community partnership building. This program not only qualifies for continuing education credits for your Oregon Registry Online (ORO) account but also fosters a supportive network of fellow early childhood professionals.

Content, Community, and Confidence are the foundational pillars of this program, ensuring you have the tools, support, and self-assurance to achieve your goals.

Through engaging content, you'll gain the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the complexities of growth. Be an active participant: Come ready to engage in our weekly sessions! These sessions are designed for you to connect with fellow professionals, share your experiences, and learn from experts.

Dive deeper: Set aside 1-2 hours each week, outside of our sessions, to explore the materials, readings, and resources. This extra time will help you truly absorb the information and apply it to your own operation.

Build community: The cohort is a collaborative space. Share your insights, learn from others, and build relationships with your peers. We're all in this together!

Bring a growth mindset: Be open to feedback from your facilitators, mentors, and fellow participants. It's a valuable way to grow as a leader and business owner.

Build your roadmap: Throughout the program, you'll be working on a business plan, Capstone Project, that will guide your preschool's growth. This is your chance to create a clear path toward your goals.
