Our First Estate Gift

It’s the inspiring commitment of our Partners that continually enriches my own commitment to SVP’s mission.

I got a great reminder of that last week when we were informed of a gift that our deceased Partner, Jerry Jones, left to us in his will. Jerry was a wisdom figure for me in my earliest years at SVP. I said then—and repeat now even with a generous bequest—that his greatest gift to us has been an introduction to his daughter Shannon who has enriched my life and committed herself to SVP’s mission. Still, his care to include us as a part of his legacy is quite an honor. What’s more, his forethought to help us build a long-term legacy for SVP by starting our endowment fund is a great example of our Partners seeking to make the deepest and most strategic impact possible. We will be forever grateful to Jerry. Would you consider including SVP in your will?
